Sessions are tailored to each individual.  I use tarot cards as a gateway into conversation and to highlight relevant subject matter. I also use Tarot imagery to tap into my intuition and the subtle energy present throughout the session. I offer intuitive insight to help you build self-awareness, practices to help ground and nourish the nervous system, pointers to help you navigate the future, and suggestions to help strengthen intuition.  I encourage you to be your own medicine.

ABOUT ME

I started working professionally with the Tarot following a year-long intensive Mindful Tarot Practitioner certification course with Buddhist mindfulness teacher and author Esther Frankel-Tishman, Ph.D. During my year of studies, to my surprise, I discovered a gift and a passion for working within the beautiful Tarot framework. As someone critical and skeptical of new-age spiritual trends, I initially hesitated to offer professional services. However, after consistently witnessing powerful revelations emerging during sessions, I answered the call to honor this gift and the value of what I have to offer.  In addition to my knowledge and skill working with the tarot, I have a unique ability to feel and interpret subtle energy.  I don't identify as being psychic; however, sometimes mysterious phenomena do occur when working with the Tarot.  I channel all the information I receive in a way that is empowering, nourishing, and supportive. 

I am trauma-informed through my own lived healing journey, and I focus on helping people listen to their inner voice and their soul's unique narrative. This service is a rare and valuable gift to clients in a society that often feeds us fear-driven beliefs and offers little support for our ailing spirits and nervous systems.  Tarot Energy Medicine sessions are an excellent complement to conventional therapy. I do not identify as being psychic, and my readings do not predict the future. Instead, mindful presence, intuition, and the exquisite imagery of the tarot will take us deeper into the present moment, the only place transformation can happen.
